srsly ppl this is a TAS, that means he can slow down the game or pause and return when he does misstakes.

No, it means he is probably playing the game frame by frame, or how ever else he wants to exploit the game through an emulator. For instance, check out the most recent super metroid; One where the person literally forces bugs into the games memory by glitching a door and the save system to allow him to skip large sections of the game. Glitched it so badly it screwed up the graphics.
