Maria909 is correct. Sonic Groove opened in NYC in January 1995. Jimmy Crash was out of the scene several months before at Groove records in Brooklyn. This video and the music is from late 93 or early 94.

I lived in that building until last year. The landlord kicked us out. That whole neighborhood is gonna be 40 story towers in the next few years.
