How do you do that little cradle before you shoot, is that necessary?

@huy779 The eastiest way is to use a little flick from your bottom hand. and sometimes it is and sometimes it isn't, if the ball doesn't initially settle well in your pocket then yes it helps with your accuracy but it just depends on how comfortable you are with your stick.

@huy779 Cradling before you shoot helps keep the ball in the top of the pocket, making the ball release quicker.
