Sorry for sounding like a hater but isn't it kind of obvious to make a junk folder and put apps you don't want to see and put them at the back? I need a REAL solution.

@randomishist There is a link in the description to an app called Launchpad-Control. It actually hides unwanted applications in the launchpad.
