I just moved to CA from Michigan, and of course my car flunked smog...yet I see cars driving around with a cloud of smoke behind them...I understand there are still dudes who will "pass" your car for $150...but so far when I ask the guys, they look at me like I'm crazy and tell me no.

How sad. Did you have the car it's whole life? I'll be honest, I'm very attached to this car, it's been amazing and a joy to drive. When that day comes, for me it will be very sad.

I just past the 493,000 mark tonight and will be working on the next installment over the weekend. Look for #4 soon.
