No, it's MvC2. When you unlock everything you can select the same character up to 3 times.

Dunno if it works in the Arcade version, but I know it works on all 3 console versions.

DC and PS2 version has to be 3 A Gambits and 3 D servos to work...all kinds of fun glitches in this game

I think this is Arcade only, trying it for free on Dreamcast or even the sucky PS2 conversion, it's probably fixed.

@ShinobiPhoenix this was done on the japanese dreamcast version, you need to be able to pick 3 servbot which can only be done on console, and in japan servbot is called kubun
