@wom901 No, same for me. Nightcrawler is my favorite mutant, because he's so kind and pacific (when he's himself, that is). Also, I identify with him more than any other character in those movies, because I'm a believer too, I'm rather shy AND I suppose I have a funny accent as well (since I'm a French speaker)! ^^

All portrayals of Nightcrawler are great. Alan Cumming did a great job on this role! I do like how they showed his more religious side in the movie. Damn censorship won't allow it in the cartoons! >:( Grow backbones people! Oh well. Still the best good guy ever! How can someone call him a monster?! I think this song is really good for Nightcrawler. He's always so self concience about how he looks and how people think of him. I think he looks fricken awsome, especially with his Angelic Symbols all over himself. By the way, what was that thing on his neck?

I guess Alan Cumming did a good job portraying Nightcrawler, but I really wish that the makers of the movie would have show the funny, happy-go-lucky side of Nightcrawler that we know him so well for. He was always very dark and depressing in the film.

No they potrayed Nightcrawler just fine in the movie while his personality was a little different the rest was fine he was always very under rated in the X-men series IMO and the opening scene that he was in shows how badass he is his character should be dark and depressing to begin with not "happy go lucky"
