  • True Roo, True. =D Yup, you heard right good buddy. Can't get LME here and the DME is far too expensive. For the canned kits, I do em on the cheap and Dextrose works great for that. If I'm going to spend more, I'll just purchase a pre-brewed all grain kit like Festa Brew or Brew House offer. I could never make a better tasting beer than those with just a can and malt extract for the price.

  • wow, stiky. 14-or-15 HUNDRED gms of dextrose? did i hear that right? gonna be a mighty powerful beer. can't you get a hold of liquid malt extract where you are? anyway, hope it's a good one for ya.
