um, hey, the instructions to open the bottle are on the seal covering the little plastic plunger. IN ENGLISH.

on my first try, it only took me about 3 minutes, and that was only because i was like 6-7 and couldn't push the marble all the way down. my hand hurt afterwards D: but the bottle was cold so it felt better while i was drinking it :3
