you put videos on it by ether downloading them putting themm on windows media player then you put the movies that you want that you downloaded into the SYNC list you can only put wma mpeg4 avi asf wav act and mp3

You put the cable into comp and just transfer the video to removeable disk making sure it is in avi format. That should work. Hope that helps!

Maybe the reason is that WMV and MPEG are video formats. Try MP3s or WAVS.

Videos are a slag to put on but easy when you know how, what you need is a programme called avi converter 3.0

Search on youtube for "how to put videos on your touchscreen" and it will be there.

its probally frozen and it do take alot to get it unfrozen. sometimes it gets froze when its on.

he needs to read the manual!!! you press like you are turning it off and then the pause dissapears and the game starts and you do the same thing to pause and go to the main menue!!!
