It has been said that conditions in Pyongyang r.e. food and fuel availability are actually increasing pretty well and life there is getting better than ever before. People who have been recently say that normal people are wearing less drab clothes, there's a bit more food and the electricity supply is pretty steady these days. Then there are the cars as you can see here.
that's a trolleybus not a tram.... a tram runs on rails while a trolleybus runs on tyres and has two trolley poles attached to a pair of overhead wires.
A Ford Scorpio, Mercedes-Benz C-Series, a Citroen, a BMW 5-series and only one battered Volvo? What are all these decadent capitalist vehicles doing in the glorious Peoples' Republic of Kim Jong Fat?
@jacketman22 If I were you, I’d be more concerned that in 13 seconds of a North Korean street I’ve seen more technologically advanced cars than in 13 minutes of a New York street.
Finally some of vehicles in DPRK actually look like they're from 21st century.. And as you can see, in rush hour the streets at the city are not empty at all.

Shame about the rest of the country though.

A brand new Lincoln MKX, a late-model Citroen C5, a Mercedes-Benz, a BMW 5-Series and a Ford Mondeo as a taxi? I'm intrigued.
