If that was a toy LeeAnn, it was an awfully big toy since it seems it is not an illusion of distance since you see it fly behind the cross on that church, and considering the nearby leaves were not in focus while the helicopter and cross were that means the cross must have been pretty far away and the helicopter we know was further since it passed behind. While it did look kind of like a toy, that's probably just because toys are really pretty realistic.

Notice the blades glow right in the beginning even tho its angle doesnt change. And around 29 secs it gets very distorted looking. I don't think its the focus.

I had an nearly identical helicopter fly through my neighborhood flying very very low, I live near DC and Quantico so I am sure they are Military even though their are no markings on the craft. It was quite frightening.
