hes wearing a mana per 5 set, its all spirit and you can see that he is using a hot rotation, and not over healing, which is what EVERY healer should learn how to do, all healers learn from this guy, and ull learn how to stay on top of the heal charts, with "0" over healing great vid man keep it up bra :)

You can't overheal with hots, that's how, if he does, have 0 overhealing. Don't be a mongoloid and act like you know what you're talking about.

Kiting a Fel Reaver and generic PvE healing are completely different.

It's nowhere near as easy as you think. Take critheals into consideration, and the fact other people will get heals in a split second before you. ofc, the lower overhealing the better, but imo, it's better to overheal than to underheal, isnt it? Healers should have a reliable source of mana regen, be it spirit or mp5, so it shouldnt matter if you waste 100 healpoints.

Remember.. Recount meters arent everything.

You just got to keep throwing something on him every 8 seconds or so. I use insect swarm cause of the -2% chance to hit and low mana cost. While doing this I keep lifeblooms and rejuvenation on me to keep myself up. Thats pretty much it in a nutshell :)
