@Mummi5ed He's not parodying any specific song here. This is one of his style parodies, where, as should be obvious from the name, parodies the style of, usually, a particular artist. In this case, Devo.

@Mummi5ed It's not so much a song but more of a bands "style" he's parodying. The band in question was called "Devo." In fact the lead singer of Devo actually called Al and said, in a joking manner mind you, that he made the best Devo song ever and he'll "Never forgive him for it [lol]" :]
