This show is so much like Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-Chan! If you happen to like this then I suggest you watch that anime too. It has a load of random/WTF moments and it features a magical girl with a heavy violent streak (Dokuro-chan) just like Punie. Even it's theme song is similar in that sounds all happy and cheery but the lyrics and images are all messed up and violent.
