This Pachirisu has 252 EVs and 31 IVs in Speed, and it's nature is Timid, Jolly, Hasty or Naive (all which increase Speed and decrease other stat).

Summary: Dawn and her pokemon are taking some crystal meth, then a rabid squirrel comes and Dawn mistakes it for a meth addict. she sends out her pokemon but then the meth wears off on everyone but the squirrel. everybody else helps but in the end they get it cornered and the squirrel uses electric charges and falls asleep.
