My other theory is that God really did talk to Mom and wanted isaac to kill the devil. But in The devils realm the bible dont work and isaac dies. My theory of the siblings in basement still stand. ALthough yes he could have simply played dress up. That is less logical but still. If this is true there should be a second where he goes to heaven for ruining his life ;)

I believe that the binding of isaac story line from the last ending means that it was not God whom talked to mom... It was the devil. And he wanted to torture isaac or sumtin. Then the ending with the bible vs mom God interferes and stops the devil using the fake bible as a symbol. But againt the devil in the she hole God doesnt have any power and that why the bible kills you. The different chars are siblings he find in the basement the further down. Thhe ending means that isaac was tramatised.

It's called a level 5 upgrade because you used to be able to use a glitch to fight five horsemen, and that headless thing was the 5th upgrade. (upgrading it a 6th time reset it to level 1 cube of meat).

Just got the most OP build ever. Got the Book of Revelations on the first floor, on the second I got a dollar from a slot machine and found Money is Power, on the next floor got halo of flies and cube of meat, then battery from the shop and 9v from a beggar.

In the end I got a spirit hearth for every room I finished, the trick is to wait for 9v to charge your item, it can go up to 3 bars on a single room, you just have to wait.

Tip: you can skip rooms if you got bombs, just explode the doors

- you are giving the map and the compass a bad rep. you said it yourself - when youre in post-mum boss fight levels you need to get the the boss as quickly as possible. yet, you explored almost every room of the womb part 2.

-dont be afraid to bomb out of a room if you dont like it and its a dead end. e.g. a room of leapers - it wil inevitably save you hearts that you need so badly if youre playing as judas / eve / bluebaby
