tactic for not getting flashed is kinda a death trap.. thats what ppl do not to get flashed when they throw.. U should throw it and move behind a wall / run in front of it..

Walling is part of game physics. In older games like quake, you can't shoot through walls, or even nade w/damage through walls, so the term "walling" comes from the half-life engine ability to allow projectiles through walls (with limited velocity). Wallhacking, too, is possible, but of course any hacking is frowned upon.
