I concluded in my book that these solutions although great and beneficial, but only minor patches on a dirty infected large artery. We need drastic cure that target the root of the problem. It is not one person's problem but affect everyone. I believe the root of the problem is promiscuity, affair and infidility. be very cautious of going to court even if 100% innocent. Dont even get married today...you are signing a blank contract & risking your life savings & kids to the whims of some woman who could destroy you at any moment w/ full support of police & courts.

Iv had my daughter 2 yrs now because her mum was living with a convicted paedophile. My daughter refuses to have contact with her mum after she was abused by both yet courts arfe threatening me with prison and losing custody. This wasnt the same when she was refusing me access the laws bias. Amazingly her fella was granted unsupervised access to his 1 yr old son despite conviction for raping his 6 yr old cousin and currently charges with 2 seperate paedophile charges involving internet downloads
The argument they propose to keep the courts secret, i.e. it would be very damaging to the children if family cases were opened to public scrutiny, always boggles my mind. Why can't they refer to them as Child A or Mr and Mrs C for example as they do in criminal cases relating to children under 16. They can simply disguise identity like they do in other areas of the law such as witness protection. If the public knew the ghastly horrors of the family courts it simply would not be tolerated

I agree 100%. NOW- National Organization for Women is one such group that is involved in family destruction in USA. The Judges, Lawyers and courts in general are all accomplices in the scam. They make $ from incarcerating men every day. Eqaulity is non existant. A mother always wins everything in every case at every turn- FACT.

great program, just a question for anyone who knows, If you have an embargo on your family court case and then the embargo is legally broken, and the court papers read out on public television, this means that the person invalved can legally talk about their case in public am I wrong?
