Just curious, I mean I know everyone's doctor is different and whatnot else, but how much does this type of dieting and whatnot cost? Overall, average price works for me. Currently I'm 342lbs, 6'3 1/2" tall and well, I've got 62" shoulders So not a little fellah, looking to lose about 100lbs+ I'm just trying to figure out what type of money I'd need to spend for the injections, the food, that sort of thing, and did you just go t work normally after this? Notice any attitude changes? Thanks ^^
Thanks so much for getting back to me, I do appreciate it..... I am a retired cop with lots of discs, back and neck problems, but I did start going to the gym a few months back. I didn't lose any weight, they say because I am building muscle.
I saw you went on a special program and after I end this (I am taking oral drops) I would like to go on the same plan as you.
My doctor sadly, did not explain things, I was just given a book on Loss Cure Guide. Thanks again so very much!

you should up your calories to at least 1500. You need to consider that you've actually been consuming more than 500 calories per day while on hcg. You've been EATING 500, but the hcg has been releasing around another 2500 calories from your fat reserves per day. Everybody says though that you'll want to up your cals to at least 1500. If you take in too few calories, you might actually start gaining if you body goes into starvation mode.

I probably won't get into serious training until after my next round, but do plan to re-start running after lightly after this P2 ends.
I was very worried about losing. I lost 3 lbs on the 72 hrs. I am on day 3 of maintenance and have gained 1.6 lbs back, but still below LIW. I was so happy to eat eggs, I had it for 2 meals the 1st day. I won't do that again. I am sticking to salads for lunch and meat and vegi for dinner. It is kind of nerve racking to not see the weight go down. So, I'm just trying to figure this out too. I wish there were more specifics for this phase by Dr. Simeons! You are doing great..Keep it up!

@cshebear777 Yes, you will lose about 1-3lbs a day for about the first week, then I slowed down quite a bit, but it picks back up, don't forget that.
Good job. I weighed 167lbs today and I have been off of HCG for over a year. Use the HCG, then use the gym ya know?
