Oh, when you changed the centers except for 2 sides solved, you basically just changed the middles of opposite sides.

The last one is easy to solve. Every swap will only consist of 3 main colours each side. eg yellow out, red centre, red out white centre, white out yellow centre, and the same way for the other side. You just went through a different 3 with 2 similar as the centres were swapped.

dude the last thing you did i know how to get it fixed. you just do the pattern to get to the middle switch and then solve it from there

You sart looking at a dot and turn it with a solved side up.

U should see an H R2 L2 U2 R2 L2 D2 do this too all sides except the top and bottom Then do M2 for all the sides with H but u only need to do 2 and u have a chekered top =D HAVE VFUUUNN
