If you speed, you augment the 'chances' of killing someone. Now, no one want to kill others to just understand this. Laws are headers to guide peoples in the good way to prevent stuff before its too late.

You might not kill someone by going over speed most times, but its risking the lifes of others is worth penalising. I didnt view all your videos, and i typed this fast. your tie is ugly

@Voask In which case those aren't laws, but guidelines or advice. Rede. And while you have the right to say his tie is ugly, I don't see how the non sequitur was needed. Speeding doesn't augment the chances of killing anyone. You could be going relatively slow and hit someone. The point is, until you hit someone there is no crime. End of story.
