So yea, 2 or 3pretentious guitarists, a pretentious drummer, a pretentious singer, and one saxophone player.

@AweAttack Although they sound stupid-pretentious in interviews, I still get the feeling that they are making the music they want to make and there just happens to be a decent enough following that they can make a living doing so; I can't fault them for that because every musician has to flirt with the whole selling out vs making good music continuum. They get too pretentious and we get Bedlam in Goliath, so it definitely isn't always a good thing.

It's like going to Mexico and then taking acid, having a bad trip and finding sanctuary in a church only to find that the stained glass starts talking to you and then you have the most epic trip of your life.
Although I don't entirely get that part where it breaks down near the middle, this is totally a great performance of probably my favorite song off of this album.
...I mean, I'm not saying that the middle part is bad, it just kind of upsets what I felt as my personal groove for the song. They can do whatever they want, but I just feel kind of like I tripped.

Those kids at the show probably thought they were going to see Little Wayne or the cast of the Hills...lol....the band was pretty much just getting warmed up before they got cut off

i was obsessed with volta when their first ep/record came out, now i wonder how i could listen to cedric sing for so long his voice is terrible. i miss when he was raw back with ATDI.
