This was the closing used for the show when it went from syndication to ABC, but retaind the Ideal Toys sponsoship (Hanna-Barbera also did a short close for ABC on Peter Potamus, which then network also picked up for Saturday mornings. Both shows' short close also used the 1965-73 Screen Gems closing logo).
Oh, thid is not the balloons scrooling credit..just the "Produced and directed by JOSEPH BARBERA WILLIAM HANNA and voices" one..note the WB like Voice Characterizations by line..but no other credits..not that the other ending is extensive..
This was the "short-short" version of the original 'Ideal' closing credits seen during the 1965-'66 period when "Breezly & Sneezly" (from "PETER POTAMUS") was substituted for "Ricochet Rabbit"..and they couldn't use the footage with Ricochet in the cast, singing the closing theme (apparently H-B didn't have enough time to re-animate a new sequence).
And its was still on WFLD Ch 32 in Chicago when I was growing up in the late 70's till about the mid 80's is when FLD finally yanked this one off but man I miss the old 32 lineup. Gurranteed 2-3 hrs of quality TV
That was Little Oggie who wanted to buy Magilla for a pet but her parents wouldn't let her. Oggie seemed to be the only person in the neighborhood who wanted Magilla.
the syndie closing credits have the Screen Gems "dancing sticks" logo at the end. i know because i videotaped it on Cartoon Network years ago.

Dig that cute little girl who says "How much is that gorilla in the window?" - cute and strong too. BTW, cutie, Magilla is priceless.
