I used the first 4-6 stages of NROL4W to gain strength and some muscle mass. For trimming the fat I went with something more effective IMO - Lyle McDonald's Ultimate Diet 2.0 (google it..it's challenging, but effective). At the moment I am chillin' :) Cheers!
Oh I know this is going to kill me! Awesome job! Did you follow the entire program in the New Rules book or did you just incorporate some of the exercises into your own workout routine??

I know:) It is hard - by the time I was doing jump squats I felt my legs were made out of lead:)))
