Awww, this is so sad. I remember when Suzanne died; I was so distraught about her death that I didn't want to even watch any tribute videos showing her funeral or anything related to that. She was and still is one of my favorite actresses. I hope she rests in peace because cancer is just awful.

She did a great job as Leona Helmsley in the made for TV movie. I've always wondered if she was Gay and her link to Troy Donahue was a cover up for both of them. Donahue claimed to be straight but was one of notorious Henry Willson's boys...which is how he got his start in show business. I am convinced Troy at least "played ball" to get parts from Willson.
@ZarahLean If that rumor about Troy is true, it would explain why their marriage only lasted a few months. She was married to her 2nd husband for 32 years until his death; she had miscarriages during that marriage. Her 3rd husband was Tom Poston and they were married for 6 years until his death.
@listentome94 Thanks for your information. I have no inside info on Ms. Pleshette, it is just a feeling I have comsidering the need to cover up back then to have a career. As far as Troy Donahue , his agent in the 1950's gave parts to handsome guys who went to bed with him. It is no secret now. Rock Hudson, Tab Hunter, Tony Curtis and Robert Wagner all had the same agent. Troy was a pretty boy, not a great actor but managed to get parts thanks to this agent and make a name.
