  • At a highter point go in a random unseen place give lidia hevy armor and a very weak dagger and just hit her back lol

  • No way I should do that but I all ready started a new game so I still do it

  • It wont work for me it takes like 1000 hit to level up sneak once. Someone explain 2 me plz!

  • he sounds like nova

  • Imagine if games had no challenge or struggle....

  • This is a really fast way to level sneak :-)

  • can you do this at all after this point? i dont rlly feel like starting a new acc :/

  • @Tallguy951753

attack graybeard will do but with more careful, and i believe u don't want graybeard to fight back cause u'll totally get ur ass kick without chance to fightback.

  • I found out how to do this when Lydia was blocking my way. I was getting sick and tired of it so I kept stabbing her while I was conveniently in sneak mode. :P

  • for some reson i can't upgrade stealth all the way to 5/5 :S

  • @seraphwing11 You'll have to lvl up before you can continue training

  • Where do you get a dagger that early on? I searched everywhere before that point in the game and didn't find one. Only 3 swords.

  • @Raashy On the point that u need to choose to go with the nord or the imperial choose the nord

  • Here is what I do. 1. Go to greybeards 2. Make sure you have healing hands and a weak dagger 3. Stab then heal both Restoration and Sneak ;)

  • You sound like a younger Todd Howard.

  • Dont do this at the start of the game, i did and i got fucked up badly. You should use the training tricks first to level up your combat skills, you can do this sneak trick later on the monks who teach you Shout.

  • Thanks great tip... I got to 100 in sneak using this tip... Didn't take as long as I thought it would.... I play on my xbox360 and had no problems regarding a patch.....

  • I believe this is fixed now with the patch. I tried it yesterday and it didn't work anymore.

  • Pro tip: Later in the game when you want to power level sneak do as follows.

    1. Summon Frost Atronach

    2. Equip dagger (I dual wield just cuz)

    3. Go into sneak mode

    4. Backstab once

    5. Wait for red bar to go away

    6. Repeat 4,5, When dead, Start over at 1

When you summon an Atronach, it faces away from you. So just keep backstabbing until you level up to 100! Reason why I wait for the red bar to go away is to not have him aggro on me. Thumbs up if this works for ya!

  • U can also hit him to train ur level weapon. Its such an easy way to level up. The game becomes boring though. U can sneak anyone and kill anyone u like. So i made another one and played it like it was "ment to be played".

  • U can also hit him to train ur level weapon. Its such an easy way to level up. The game becomes boring though. U can sneak anyone and kill anyone u like. So i made another one and play

  • to the people who say this ruins the game, im already bored of this game and need something new to do

  • u dont have to worry about health because he's immortal and will automatically regain all his health after 'killing' him.

  • I don't possess Skyrim yet. Although I'd love to some day. Um, love you bl1nk. And I'm sure several of us subscribers appreciate the tip. But, I can't use an exploit like that. Call me what you will. But, when I get this fascinating game, I'm going to stay away from these power leveling easymode tips. I still liked the video, so, don't get angry. LOL.

  • is rolof the guy you escape with in the very beginning?

  • why dont you use console command? its essentialy the same

  • This game is terrible.

  • @zadarnowski No

  • @zoldren Nah seriously, its the same bs, if I wanted to play alone I'd have a wank.

  • @zadarnowski Right... Thats like saying why would you play Dirt3 if you can drive for real herp derp

  • What's the point don7? you are supposed to keep playing to level your character "learns" the skills...

  • do more skyrim fuck mw3 and bf3 at the moment

  • For some reason when i try to make a new character in skyrim, it crashes. Anyone else had this problem?

  • Whats the point of that...just ruins the game. pfft pointless vid.

  • Nice copy of DinoRidingJesus vid!

  • @kazm1936 dick

  • No challenge=No ty.

  • @GamingCrow thats why you adjust the difficulty and the game progresses in cinjunction with the lvl of your character so i don't see why people are so upset about power lvling and the infinite exp book glitch...

  • @Wongofi You should not have to adjust difficulty by yourself.

  • @GamingCrow This is actually useful for me. I had a rogue character that got deleted on accident. I can get back to where I was.

  • @upyoursize Well i can agree you have good reason to do it :)

  • my tecnique is never relying on magic or stealth except for healing and just having a character with craploads of health and the best weapons and armors in the game (wherever i can find them -_- i've only just started)

  • why do this on pc? if you want to cheat just use console..

  • go on expert so he has more health

  • Gotta love them Perks.

  • Oghma Infinium >>>>> This

  • Hey look, bl1nk uses race specific names!!! :D sorta...

  • y u boosting? XD

  • Not cheating just playing smart!

  • this is so cheap!

  • Sub'd, THANKS!!!!!

  • thats what I call buguse.

  • Yeah I avoid things like this. I like actually progressing myself. I'm currently at 75 sneak at level 11. If I start another account to mess around on I'd might consider some of the little glitches for the fun of it.

  • 100 sneak legit <3

  • Oh yeah, more Skyrim please :)

  • Personally I want to get the most out of Skyrim (when I get it) so I'll avoid things like this, but it is of course up to the player. Doesn't really matter since it's not a multiplayer game, the AI isn't going to cry because of your exploits

  • yeah, now when you leave you will just get mauled by a frost troll and not be able to protect yourself because of the level scaling. power leveling is pointless.

  • @jony1710 screw frost trolls he's just going to find a giant and he'll get sent 70 feet up in the air lol

  • i got this game for free!! Yay!

  • Power leveling has no place in Skyrim.

  • @SadisticBoxes I didn't mean to insult you, I just found it to be a little silly.

  • How cheap. lol If you exploit the flaws in a game to this extent you ruin the game for yourself.

  • You never used the word exploit... how curious. Wonder if you've been "power leveling" in anything else...

  • It's not good to power level sneak at the start of the game.

You still levelup your character even when you don't select to.

When you go out into the world all of the beasts and npc's will be stronger and you will be killed quickly because you will have barely any armor skill.

  • @datndiz Actually if you have a 100 sneak, you can sneak past enemy's and back stab them pretty easily. Creatures and animals are harder though

  • @datndiz cof setlevel cof

  • @datndiz

indeed, i got screw by that in my first character, imagine playing on master writhout having any knowledge of this, it was very unpleasant to say the least, fortunatly i found that if you level up your armor/weapon skill to 100 the games become way more easy

  • @datndiz Someone didnt watch the video..... he clearly explains this lol

  • @datndiz huh never realized that thats cool that its like an in game block to power levelers.

  • @datndiz The whole point of sneaking is to kill or be killed. If you're getting seen and then dying, you're doing it wrong.

  • @GhostsNSt00f I know how to sneak.

This isnt my first elder scrolls game.

After doing this glitch you will still be detected by most animals/creatures from distance if you are in their line of sight.

I was detected by a frostbite spider at night and in a forest from quite a distance away and it beat me very easilly.

All im saying is you do better without this power levelling glitch.

  • @datndiz Solution: Wear light armor and level that up while playing a sneak-centered character. The x15 sneak damage and +50% less detection chance will allow you to sneak attack and kill most enemies. If it's too hard, just keep the difficulty on a low setting. Think of this as a way to make the game even more suspenseful and challenging.

  • @datndiz but if you sneak up to them wit hthat sneak they will be oneshottet anyways

  • @datndiz Easy.. change difficult~

  • Why not just advskill sneak 100000 -_-

  • haha, this is fitting

nerfnow com has great comic strip about this

  • nice...

  • nice glitch but really not necessary...sneak is allready op enuf:) in fact i cant even play without it coz in normal combat i get my ass kicked

  • Probably shouldn't do this. The game scales which means if you're level 10 when you get out, you'll be facing level 10's as what is essentially a level 1.

  • It's not as useful as one may think. Enemies scale, perhaps not as much as they did in oblivion, but still, just because you power leveled something, doesnt mean you are godmode. Leveling sneak may help your build a bit early on but if you play sneaky all the time, you can pump it to 70 in no time really. Having 100 sneak and shitty weapon against a saber tiger won't really help you ;p .

  • @IGtdef Yeah that's were having really high archery comes into it. Getting back stabs on everything is kinda hard even for high level sneak. Stealth with bow is much easier and more practical for groups of enemies.

  • @Kippydahcamper I tried archery actually and I didn't like it. Not only the fact that after a while, most enemies won't die to 1 shot, but it seemed like I was being detected easier even if I took the shots from very far away. On my master playthrough, I'll probably level one handed only, get everything in sneak except shadow warrior which I found useless, and go destruction or something for range. Let's see how that will turn out ;p

  • @IGtdef I'm trying to play a mage right now, well I'm only doing Conjuration Destruc and Resto. I find Illusion and Alteration to be worthless.

  • or go into the console and type a line which takes about 30 secs lol

  • if you're playing on pc, just use console commands....

  • there's tons of shit you can do to that dude to power level

  • I hope this is still being able to do next month cause i'm getting it for Christmas

  • blink can u do a tutorial on archery or making ur bow stronger and skills?

  • @krisleebob watch?v=WmBXYWXV6iE&feature=mfu_in_order&list=UL

  • you can do the same thing for smithing, mine/buy iron ingots and smelt them, buy leather/strips of the amount of iron bars you have and make iron daggers continously for smithing and each time you do it you get half xp skill up each time

  • boring...

  • lol, why not just go a head and cheat insted? Just as boring and gamebreaking, but a hell of a lot quicker.

  • If you are going to bother doing this.. why not just type IncPCS into console? Much easier, same effect..

  • why do you want to glitch in skyrim? that fckin sucks blink, stop doing this shit

  • That's...sneaky.

  • Thanks, Blink!

  • i have to wait a couple of weeks for the game and this will probably b patched by the time i get the game

  • i want skyrim to go on forever, things that speed up the process are to be avoided. ill be seriously depressed once i reach the end of this game.

  • @uberchargedspartan I kinda will too, but I'll probably just start another 100 hour playthrough

  • @uberchargedspartan make another character and start again! i am going to as many different characters and playstyles as possible, that should make the game last forever. plus if you play on pc there will be many sick mods

  • @uberchargedspartan I was thinking the same last night

  • @uberchargedspartan im so with you man i got it yesterday and im sad that one day im going to finish it..

  • @uberchargedspartan I agree, Ive got 41 hours of amazing game time and I am less than halfway to max level and have only finished one third of all the quests:) Ive also only discovered half the locations. Its gonna be a good holiday.

  • @uberchargedspartan I read that the developers have said that Skyrim will have unlimited quests.

  • @uberchargedspartan New race, new class, different play style, different experience. gotta love the Elder Scrolls.

  • @uberchargedspartan The main questline isn't too important, and you get to keep playing after it's finished anyway, so you can go back and do all the sidequests and dungeons you missed.

There are craploads of them, and several of the side-questlines are multiple hours long, so it will take a very very long time to finish everything. And then when you finally tire of it you can create a new character with different skill focuses and combat techniques, making the game feel new again. ^^

  • *more

  • Thank you it helped alot could you do mare of these?

  • hey blink, do longer skyrim video gosh darnit!!!

  • what's with the white edge around your dagger?

  • @d0n7bl1nk It's faster to just player.advskill Sneak 9999, and is approximately the same 'cheapness'.

  • @iiDied You do realize that if someone tried that on a console, they couldn't? And you do know any value above 255 instantly resets the value to 1?

  • @TheSquall998 I take your point on the console thing, I hadn't thought of that., but the 255 resetting to 1? I don't know who told you that but it's wrong. I know for a fact because I just made a new character to get up to where my old char was and boosted sneak, smithing and enchanting with player.advskill ___ 9999.

  • @iiDied I tried setting skills up myself, it always did anything over 255 always reset the skill to much lower than the default value.

  • if ur going to level up like this then u might as well just cheat via console... i dont see whats the difference except via console is alot easier.

  • you forgot to say "bye" ...

  • Exploits: taking the fun out of games.

  • this is one of those games where to break it like this is to completely rob yourself of the experience that you payed for

  • I won't be using this for my characters, but it's a cool tip nonetheless.

  • whats the point of playing this game if you are going to cheat ? -_-

  • ....boooosting..If you use this boosting, the game willl be WAYYYYYY TOOO easy! And that is boring!!!!

  • i didn't know this

  • Well that is great, but only useful if was starting a new character now : /

  • Upload 2 hours of skyrim...

Na just kidding, would be beast though.

  • Skyrim playthrough videos.

  • Love how some people are taking this as mandatory. If you don't like this, don't do it.

  • There is also a spot at Secundas Kiss, its a giant camp. You can easily get in a corner relatively close to a giant and just auto sneak. I was already at 78 when i did this just to get to 100. Im not really for doing it at level 1, eh to each his own.

  • boosting:/

you will ruin the game for yourself this way, you level too quickly and the game throws at you tougher oponents than you can handle (if you take it too far)

  • @dnch the bosses are on the dungeons you'll fight them only if you get into the dungeon, and the dragons do not appear before you kill the first dragon on the main story. But yes it makes the game less fun since you will level up too quickly, good idea to use it if you restarted your game from the begging though.

  • Blink....

Do you know why my steam download locks at 250Kb/s, its going to take me 7hours to download Skyrim :(

  • @ByLyel only took me 45 minutes or so on steam. IDK why its doing that though. =(

  • @wawowhead Yeah and what makes it even more annoy is that it onl steam... i can download via uTorrent or Google Chrome at 900Kb/s just fine... and i also want to download DC Universe but thats 17Gb. it says its going to take me about 36hours... ¬_¬

  • Thanks for posting this Blink. I don't know what all the bitching in the comments is about, but I found this extremely helpful, and no I hadn't seen it before. So thanks. :)

P.S. Now you need to power-level smithing so you can get the dragon armors and daedric weapons! :P

  • Boosting FTW!

  • Great. Now to start my character all over again. Thanks for the tip, bl1nk.

  • You dont reply at PM's sorry but asshole

  • Thanks for sharing :D

Kinda on the fence on whether I want to try this or not... Hmm. Pretty much every time I decide to use an exploit in a singleplayer game, it feels dull afterwards :-/ But still, it looks so useful!

  • Nah, don't want not will I abuse any game exploits for this game anyway. GameInformer also found an Infinite XP Glitch or something like that, but that just takes away from the challenge of getting it legitimately.

  • Someone told me about this last week

  • cheater

  • As much as i would love to do this, this is a giant exploit that i dont think you should have put up. This type of game deserves to be played the way it was designed to be. If you felt like doing this after originally beating the game then maybe. People just cant seem to do stuff for themselves anymore

  • @Link10103 It's their loss for not playing the game like it's designed to be played. I would only do this after i beat it already, just so i could have a bad-ass sneaky SOB. If someone does this on their first playthrough they'll probably not like the game anyway, so i don't care. ^^

  • ima laugh when I get this game and I show off to my friend who is a big elder scrolls fan look over level ten in 7 minutes.

  • lol this needs to be patched

  • Dont worry blinky, i still love you. ;)

  • Why the hate? Did people come here only to troll or something?

If you're 'disgusted' by watching a power leveling tutorial, don't watch it.

Anyway, this brings back memories of power leveling sneak in Oblivion, finding an unaware NPC, sneaking behind them and using something to prop the analog stick forward to keep your character moving. xD

  • fail.

  • Why do people love this game? I don't like it :/

  • @TheRaizo101 just isnt your game i quess. i love rpgs so its great for me, sorry, bro.

  • @MrTurtle691 Yeah... and now Skyrim is everywhere! :O I'll have to deal with it :P

  • @TheRaizo101 Why ? : O

  • @scoink3 Why ? O:

  • @TheRaizo101 Lol why don't you like it ? Have you tried it ? = P

  • @scoink3 Nope :P But I don't love this kinda games... they're too "absorbing(?)" I rather play games as Bf3, Uncharted 3 and others :)

  • @xXJ4mXx Because it dosnt matter.

  • is this cheating?

  • niice thx for the video =)

  • pro tip: Adjust the difficulty to Master

  • A true RP'er

  • If you are going to cheat, why not just use the console to change your sneak-skill to 100?

  • @magnusm1 Well there are those who play on consoles. Yeah, those guys...

  • @magnusm1 That would be cheating. This is exploiting! XD

  • @magnusm1 how do you do that?

  • @magnusm1 i asked the same thing on twitter, blink's response was that its for the console people who cant do that.

  • @magnusm1 Consoles don't have a console (lol) so it still works across all platforms.

  • Does this work with any companion? And my one-handed skill is high so will I be dealing tons of damage in sneak/backstab with a low damage dagger?

  • So wait, boosting in BF3 is NOT allowed and I agree,

but when you do it in Skyrim you think it's fine and even posts a tutorial?

    Disliked.

  • @DarkAsgaro There's a big difference. BF3 is MP and Skyrim is SP.

  • @magnusm1 @TrueHungarian

Yes, I know that Skyrim is SP, but I only find it strange because in most of his videos he talks about how you have to play a certain game properly and the way it's meant to be played.

Like for BF3: he encourages and hammers on teamplay in nearly all his videos.

I just don't get why he would encourage people to use this little boosting trick in Skyrim, even when it's a SP only game.
