I may agree with youthat parkour might have been around for thousand years in the form of odd jumps and awkward movements..Usually ancient thieves who sneak up do some form of basic parkour..but as a whole, David belle arranged the discipline and brought it to the limelight as it is today. He founded parkour,the art displacement among movements.
