@oblivionfr3ak hasher is easy open file then rehash/resign, and the stats are hard to mod manualy you can use horizon to mod the stats

@SkyrimGod not a cheat its a moded glitch... you make a ring and enchant it to fortify your endurance then you mod the ring to do alot more then you duplicate it so you end up with 2 then equip one then duplicate the one you duplicate the one you arnt wearing.... i forget the rest, look up permanent enchantment glitch on youtube

@killjoy107 lol yeah there are some things in the testing hall for a reason. that armor set will not appear in your inventory but will add to the weight the only way to get rid of it is to id swap

I did this exactly like you did it.  I saw two of the same game saves just like you had on your screen. When I loaded the one on top it just took me back to the abandoned mine where I saved. The other one said it was corrupted. I've used modio and the hex editor before on fallout NV and had no problems. I have all the DLC and my game is patched. Does this make a difference? Do you have to do this with a new character? Thanks for the help.

@HotPocketsBoy no... even the rules of a game can be broken.. take crysis 2 for example... its a part of a game to die and the rules are if you het hit enough you will die.... i broke these rules, i changed some data inside the iso of the game allowing me to never die. and in oblivion i broke alot of the rules like the maximum amount of an enchantment and the cost of it. rules are meant to be followed but can be broken or even bent to get the gameplay you want out of the game.
