thanks, well my most recent street brawl. I landed a few good knees to the guys head, so I have to say don't under estimate the knee. Of course its not UFC legal though. After i freed him from my guiltine, I landed the knees while he was trying to get up. Yes both his feet were still on the ground. if his friend hadn't pulled him off I would've finished him. He looked really really dazed. knees FTW

they are all strong in there own ways when i use strong i don't mean just physical strength but how well they perform at what they do.
If the judo guy was lifting weights he would be called "weak" not "strong"
and if the weightlifter no matter how strong is call "weak" in judo not "strong"
you understand what im trying to say? i never said once that a bodybuilder can beat a judo guy at judo
bodybuilders should be good at lifting weights and people that judo should be slamming people on the mat.
