I think there will be a period of mourning the loss of the foods that we used to eat without even thinking about it... and the thinking that everyone else can still have it and I cant...... the oh poor me thing. I hear your buyer's remorse...I had it because I had lost almost 82 pounds ahead of the surgery. I was not losing fast folling surgery. Could I have done it without altering my body, I wondered?
It will get better as far as drinking and eating...slowly.

Its perfectly okay to feel buyers remorse after surgery. For myself I had it for the first 8 weeks. Had trouble getting liquids in and forget about food. I just didn't have the energy; so I can 100% sympathize with the way you are feeling right now.
Glad to see the surgery went well. About your side affects I don't have any answers for you but hope they go away for you.. I am on liquids for 21 days so I feel your pain!!
