In reality you'd be having peripheral hallucinations within a couple of days, full on "shape shifting" hallucinations in front of you and probably the occasional footsteps or sound of doors opening/closing within 3-4 days, colorful prismatic shapes and an almost hallucinogenic drug-like perception overlaid on top of reality within 5-6 days but you can still function inside of reality. After a week you're most likely in full blown psychosis and have lost your mind. Few hours sleep would cure it.
