NICE! holy hell 2400 thats awesome for an '86...mines a '93 and had 12,000 miles before I put on 7,000 in the past year and a half or so...funny, I so desperatly want to go to Europe and ride cuz i've heard its absolutly gorgeous over there.
if you use a microfone make sure you use a "smart" one cause the wind will distort the noise of the engine ..so please make sure you grab the right gear ..thank you
yup make sure you get the right mic ..cause i saw this video of a guy riding and the wind was hitting the mic and it was pure noise ... i think you have to cover your mic with some furry sort of material to protect it from gusts of wind ...
If you guys tried a trip like that on a HD, you would be broke down in Germany. Nice bikes, nice pictures.

I love to ride, atm I'm looking for a new bike prolly a Honda 1100 shadow or a Yamaha Dragstar 1100.
This year we will be riding to Great Brittain and Ireland :)
Thinking about buying a better camera, last year in France I didn't make a lot of pictures unfortunately...

I did 7000 miles in the last 3/4 year, but I also go to work on it ;)
I think the media makes america for me and europe for you interesting and it will probably not as great once we are here/there :P
But I want to see as much of the world as possible :)
You also have a VLX 600?

This trip was +/- 2400miles
This bike is from '86, the last owner only drove 15000 miles when I bought it last year :)

Maybe placing it out of the wind will help too.
If it's possible I'm gonna place it near the rear wheel so it's close to the exhaust and out of the wind. But I need to check that out someday :P
