i mean for the money new, this boat would be your best bet. but im not going to dish out 40$ i would rather buy a used stroker with a 300 horsepower, they are the fastest, biggest, toughest boats on the water, hand built i have one 94' with a 225 evinrude. with a full livewell, 2 200 pound people, barely any gas i have got it up to 92mph and i have seen peopl with a 300 get up to 109mph! stroker all the way

Someone that has ridden in a NitroZ9 and a Ranger Z520 let me know what the difference in the ride is. I like the floorplan of the Nitro and the boxes better than my Ranger. However Im a bit scared that the Nitro wont handle rough water like my Ranger. Though the Nitro is definitely heavy enough. Someone send me a message that has rode in both and let me know what you think.

bass pro shop usually runs some pretty decent specials, otherwise youre better off trying to just find a pretty good used one for a lot less. just make sure its in good shape though, not needing a bunch of work, check the bottom for cracks or chips, also the sides, also look inside EVERY compartment of the boat and look for cracking, peeling, or chips, this may be signs of problems or accidents, damage, etc. should start easily too. also inspect the trailer and tires/axles and the crank.

theyll do pretty good in rivers, they can handle almost any conditions, theyre tough and versatile.

There's only one type of desgin nitro does have that ranger, triton and all of the other boats don't have and that is the Center Dual Console desgin.

nitro is a great boat but the hulls r shit, i tell ya i know i guy who went on 2 foot rollers with his and cracked the hull, then he went to a ranger, i tell ya the hulls r not made for rouph water

LOL he carries an extra trolling motor, he also uses the 101 ft. lb. thrust trolling motor not the 82 ft. lb. one those are like $1500 and he has 2 but its not like it matters to him he gets paid to use them and really how many people carry like 40 rods in their boat at one time, I can see 15-20 but 40 is just extra weight
