  • I've seen too many of these videos where people just don't put the clips on the ends of the bar... Are you really too impatient to spent the extra 8 seconds each time you switch weights to put them on? The clips were made for a reason, to secure the weights in place on the bar.

  • @bm13245 If you lift a weight you can hanndle with a good spotter. Or attempt a new max with two or three spotters. You don't have to worrie about getting stuck under the bar. This guy clearly couldn't handle that weight. The weight also slid off unexpectdedly, not in a way to prevent injury.

  • Every time i watch this I see more and more how off his form was if you guys look at 54 he lifts the weight off the rack with his ass up and places all his strength/explotion into his legs and hips and then when he brings it down and tries to explode up he uses his back and legs to try to bring the weight up instead of using his chest bi's and tri's a big no no there.   • @XXHollandsHopeXX i don't think im wrong. i don't think its completely the the spotters fault, but it was a bad spot in my opinion. i've had off days when i could lift a certain amount of weight only to fail to do it the next time i tried. when i see my lifting partner start to tilt like that, i step in. if you let your partner struggle to much, that is where injury comes in. also, you have a spotter so that you can go heavy, that's what a spotter is for.
