Every time i watch this I see more and more how off his form was if you guys look at 54 he lifts the weight off the rack with his ass up and places all his strength/explotion into his legs and hips and then when he brings it down and tries to explode up he uses his back and legs to try to bring the weight up instead of using his chest bi's and tri's a big no no there.
