i actually love my job! but trust me! i have had so many complaints about my attitude, I'm still there!!! and I'm not afraid to be fired , unlike many ppl who are afraid of their bosses,, i 'm not afraid of anyone and i have put my boss to their places many times, unlike so many fake ass customer service reps, and flight attendants, i dont fake being nice, but you give me attitude and you get it back. On my flights customers are NOT king and they certainly are not always right.
Like i said i understand your point, there are really rude, bossy and arrogant passengers, sometimes they do have to follow rules and regulations agreed, but what i find a problem is when you say you have to behave, like pax are children, when they are entitled to good service because they pay our salaries and that to me is # 1. They weren't kicked off for what they were wearing or how they looked. The girls just say that because they're vain and pissed off. They were kicked off for rude behaviour, and I believe the airline DOES have a code for that.
That's what Southwest says about this incident but they keep happening a lot with this airline. The two other women in previous separate incidents didn't do anything wrong.

I'm from phoenix and have had to fly Southwest a lot. While Southwest is far from perfect they do have great customer service (from my experience). I do like how they don't tolerate rude behavior. I have witnessed a few times where they have kicked a beligerent A-hole passenger off a plane, to the relief of all the other passengers on the plane! I know flying sucks but people need to stop throwing temper tantrums every time they fly.

i know for a fact going back to the late 1990's there was a SWA employee who delibrately went out of her way in Phx,AZ to irrate passengers. Ive been on planes plenty of times and no where does it say "No Sexy attire" I think those girl looked just fine! They were gona be sitting the whole time anyway. I sympathize w/u brother. When is JetBlue coming to Atlantic City N.J.(ACY)? It diverts there all the time. ACY has great runways/ILS/an FBO that has nothing to do all day and ONLY Spirit Airlines for competition! There's a brand new 6 story parking garage that no one uses AND a $92million terminal being built! Taxiways are being enlarged and new terminals being built, a brand new parking garage.And no one to use all this!!!!! There's also experienced local AirBus maintenance for the RONs!!!!
No matter were you work ,dealing with the public is hell !!! I used to work as a HVAC tech & I have had my share of assholes who think they were smarter then I (even though I never act like it just smile) but the proof was fact that they screwed with there furnace or hot water tank & completely destroyed it ! there are nice people out there & there are assholes I'd pray for the nice ones ! I fly nationally and internationally all the time. The thing is, sometimes the inevitable shit happens when you travel, and you just have to suck up and deal with it. Most staff on the airlines are just trying to do their jobs like everyone else and it doesn't help matters to take it out on them.
Those two spoiled girls got what they deserved. Unless you're a small child boarding early with your parents -- you should be expected to act like an adult.

every airline should follow them!!! i get some nasty bitchy arrogant assholes on my flights! especially the business men who think they own the world! but dont worry, if you are ever on my flights and give me shit, i will put you to your place! and dont even threaten me by getting me fired, i been there 10 years with at least 1 comp. a day. and there are more jobs out there lol so be GOOD!!!

i actually love my job! but trust me! i have had so many complaints about my attitude, I'm still there!!! and I'm not afraid to be fired , unlike many ppl who are afraid of their bosses,, i 'm not afraid of anyone and i have put my boss to their places many times, unlike so many fake ass customer service reps, and flight attendants, i dont fake being nice, but you give me attitude and you get it back. On my flights customers are NOT king and they certainly are not always right.

Like i said i understand your point, there are really rude, bossy and arrogant passengers, sometimes they do have to follow rules and regulations agreed, but what i find a problem is when you say you have to behave, like pax are children, when they are entitled to good service because they pay our salaries and that to me is # 1. Even with rude persons i never treat them as second class never!

and that's completely okay! you are your own individual, you make choices and act upon them that make your job easier, my choices are a little different, but it makes my job easier, as long as i let ppl know that being an asshole will not get you everything you want, that's all i am concerned about, when you encourage it, people use it and walk all over other individuals that give in easily.

They weren't kicked off for what they were wearing or how they looked. The girls just say that because they're vain and pissed off. They were kicked off for rude behaviour, and I believe the airline DOES have a code for that.

Well I sure don't want to be locked in a 737 with anyone who is intoxicated or is rude and abusive. Good on Southwest for putting the comfort and safety of their passengers first!
Airlnes work like mad to attract and keep their customers, they aren't going to antagonize one for just no good reason. It sounds like these two women were acting like spoiled brats and they brought their misfortune on themselves. Perhaps this incident has helped them grow up some and act like adults.

people should have the right to use language they desire as well as having a drink before the flight. Did you know that southwest posts people to watch if you have a drink then boot you from the flight saying that you are intoxicated as an excuse. Cheap tactics...

I'm from phoenix and have had to fly Southwest a lot. While Southwest is far from perfect they do have great customer service (from my experience). I do like how they don't tolerate rude behavior. I have witnessed a few times where they have kicked a beligerent A-hole passenger off a plane, to the relief of all the other passengers on the plane! I know flying sucks but people need to stop throwing temper tantrums every time they fly.

Not only ws she shocked to see me there but the same time I arrived the lady who srvd under Herb Keller CEO called exlpnd why I ws there! It's amazing when Big Sister called this employee knew how to properly conduct themselfs in a professional manner. SWA refuded our tickets &gv us free tickets. Bottom line do not fight with low life employees take your complaints to those who posses intelligence & hv power!

i know for a fact going back to the late 1990's there was a SWA employee who delibrately went out of her way in Phx,AZ to irrate passengers. The plane was 2.5 hours late no free refreshments water ect. I finally got tired of her shit blew her hair back due to her unprofessional behaivor she called security banned me from flying that day. I called SWA's corporate headquarters reported her , thank god someone had common sense I ws placed bck on the plane the employee ws shocked not only see me

Gals who dress like they were have other quirks exhibited in bad behaviour, drinking, mouthing off, etc. They are coming across in the media as "victims" but the truth is that people get what they deserve. Ive been on planes plenty of times and no where does it say "No Sexy attire" I think those girl looked just fine! They were gona be sitting the whole time anyway. It's not like theyre going to be getting up and shoving their ass cheeks in someone's face. Some old woman with saggy tits and a fat ass probably complained. These giels are in their early 20's. I feel for all airlines on the whole because there are different levels of abuse and different attitudes of behaviour accepted around the globe also police auth have different attitudes towards different situations where police were more tolerant in the states. if they were traveling to the uk they would have been fined by even charged if traveling to the uk there is zero tolerance in the uk more than ever these days but nobody can trust the police in the uk anymore they r a law to themselves.

I sympathize w/u brother. When is JetBlue coming to Atlantic City N.J.(ACY)? It diverts there all the time. ACY has great runways/ILS/an FBO that has nothing to do all day and ONLY Spirit Airlines for competition! There's a brand new 6 story parking garage that no one uses AND a $92million terminal being built! Taxiways are being enlarged and new terminals being built, a brand new parking garage.And no one to use all this!!!!! There's also experienced local AirBus maintenance for the RONs!!!!

No matter were you work ,dealing with the public is hell !!! I used to work as a HVAC tech & I have had my share of assholes who think they were smarter then I (even though I never act like it just smile) but the proof was fact that they screwed with there furnace or hot water tank & completely destroyed it ! there are nice people out there & there are assholes I'd pray for the nice ones ! I may not be the smartest man in the world or act like it ,but I wasn't the ahole who screwed it up !

I fly alot and Ive seen other customers acting all rude and stupid about "no big deal stuff" like when a person gets an economy class ticket but yet wants to get treated like there in first class section of the aircraft. Ive seen crap like this actually delaying flights. IM USUALLY A NICE GUY BUT IF IT WAS ME I WOULD THROUGH THE DAMN BITCH OFF MYSELF EVEN IF SHE IS HOT AND WOULD NOT CARE CAUSE AN ONTIME DEPARTURE IS MORE IMPORTANT TO ME!!!

I fly nationally and internationally all the time. The thing is, sometimes the inevitable shit happens when you travel, and you just have to suck up and deal with it. Most staff on the airlines are just trying to do their jobs like everyone else and it doesn't help matters to take it out on them.
Those two spoiled girls got what they deserved. Unless you're a small child boarding early with your parents -- you should be expected to act like an adult.
