FYI- There's no such thing as a "teacup Chihuahua"- it's a made up term started by breeders and sellers who would try to make more money off the runts by giving them a special title to make them more alluring to customers. There's really only 2 varieties of Chihuahuas: long coat and smooth coat.
that lady is wierd and has a horrible laugh. and its pretty mean to do that to the chihuahua the only reason it jumps at them is because he/she DOSENT LIKE IT AT ALL!!!!!!
