this like breaks my heart. i love alex and izzie and i feel so terrible for alex. i hope that things work out in the end for them. they are both great characters and really compliment each other. & its obvious how much they love each other.

sure no problem...that's from the season finale of season 4, Alex is talking to Izzie at the hospital when she wants to enter Rebecca into psych for cutting her wrists for suicide watch. Alex is against the idea because he feels that he can be enough to take care of her.

personally i was and still am a huge alex and izzie fan! i dont really understand why every1 is makin out that they are over when katherine heigl is jus takin a break to make a movie! she will b back and hopefully her n alex will patch things up since from the very beginnin its been obvious that they were meant for each other...

I came to this wonderful vid to see how the fans view the couple after recent development in their relationship & when I read the 'poor Alex' and I can't stop myself to balance it out with 'poor Izzie' cuz I'm a big Izzie fan. It's alright...no harm done! I understand how it is to get a lil' heated over a tv show...with Grey's I get extremely heated over Cristina's relationship with Owen. UGH! Don't even get me started! lol

7KellProductions , I don't think Izzie need Alex saviing her, infact she has given Alex the outs twice 1) remember she said Alex deserved to be with someone better then her because she think she has failed him when she shagged dead denny but Alex insisted if there ever going to be a break-up it has to be her call because he's not going anyway with their relationship 2) in her final surgery when she signed her DNR & make Alex promised to move on without her & be 'the future of Seattle Grace".

Not sure why you're turning this into a debate. I conceed that Izzie is strong and doesn't need him to save her. I never said or thought differently. I'm just observing a NEED from Alex to, no matter what he promises. He desperately is tried to save her, that does not require her asking him to. He did it regardless. There is no Team Izzie or Alex in my book, I love them both and understand both of their POV's. This vid happened to be from Alex's. I'm sure I could also make one from Izzie's.

as the writer has her husband Alex confessed on her sick bad he married her because "we thought you'd be dead in a week" ouch! the writer would stop there since it's Izzie that left Alex the writer was telling - so, which couple make THE committed marriage? the one marrying in church or the one who wed on 'post-it' on locker, yes you got it , the post-it wedding !! At least Alex get a solo surgery

I really feel for both of them honestly. The marriage was a mistake, they weren't ready. But at the time it looked like it might be their only chance. It's just sad to me because I think their relationship has been doomed since the beginning of season 5 when they got back together. They're just destined to fail. I'm really sad for both. Alex really can't save Izzie and be enough like he wants and she can't have her job or her George. They've both lost so much :(

she went crazy becoz she shagged her dead boyfriend, oh actually becuz she she suffered from deadly cancer with only 5% chance at life oh & of-course it had to be Izzie that left Alex as we saw in 6.05 when she was fired, so, there goes her dream of becoming a surgeon & her dream marriage. Geez & fans get on her case with 'what Izzie Steven want, Izzie Steven get' really? She didn't even get George nor did she get a chance at solo surgery even her 'dream wedding'

"Izzie who is much more strong willed" that's what Greywriters said everytime too & I kept thinking how could she be becoz what I saw, Izzie faced dissappointment after dissappointment. Hoping her daughter would get a better life with adopting, turns out the girl suffered from leukimia. Hope to save Denny and promised him he wouldn't die but he died.She promised Alex, she wouldn't become sick or went crazy or leave him but of-course that also could not happen as we saw later.....

Yea, haha Alex sure loves to lose himself in saving woman. I really think it's cause he feels he failed his mom and is desperately trying to get it right. Poor guy, he needs to date someone who doesn't need saving!

OMG!!! This was seriously amazing. I freakin' loved it - every second of it. Loved the voiceovers (I'm obsessed with them atm). :) I haven't actually seen any of S6 yet but I have read a few things about it and I assume it's not all smooth sailing as we had hoped for for Alex and Izzie. :( So I'm hoping that when she does come back that they can sort all this s*it out and be together again. Because I hate them being apart. I really only started watching it for them too. Haha lol. Excellent vid.

Thanks so much!! I hope she comes back and they work their stuff out. Unfortunately I do think that the show and so I thiKatherine Heigl's days are numbered onnk they'll end up splitting up. Don't wanna spoil anything for you but w. this merger going on and new cast members brought on, and what happens to Izzie...I just think her card may be up soon on the show the same way we saw it up for George :(
