How to set up your Epson printer wirelessly

Trying to not sound hostile. Showing us a video where everything goes as planned is not helpful. If everything was "quick and easy" we wouldn't be looking for help. Also, talking to us like we are idiots does not help. This video was only good for making me a lot more upset than I was when I first starting looking for a solution to my problem (that my workforce 645 won't connect via wifi). Just terrible

OK printer set up fine - wireless working, however it would be helpful if you could tell us how to get the laptop to connect to the printer? Wifi works with email quite happily unfortunately not the printer - support, what a waste of time calling no help there. Husband bought HP set up without difficulty no problem with support it was great. EPSOM catch up and listen to what we are telling you! Why don't you have a survey of our problems and get solving them!

Epsoooooooooooooon!!! this is very annoying and certainly NOT easy at all ... None of my devices can find the printer.... Works fine with the USB cable but bought the printer because of the WiFi connectivity. Any chance make this guy explain how to set up a NX230, this basic printer does not have a screen to check anything... Thank you

ive done the installation 3 times, my wifi light is on ive added the printer to my mac. when going to print it comes up 'cannot locate printer' wtf
