  • I love the idea of pulling a camera like that! Excellent video...congrats!

  • If you dont have the real estate anymore, you could always sell them to help finance a smaller N scale layout. I know it may be hard to do after being used to HO scale and the space, just a thought.

  • how many engines do you have

  • @lookwhatidid1 72 engines total and over 800 cars. This layout is in my basement.

  • great video and awesome train your running. camera movement was amazing, one of the best model RR videos I have seen anywhere. 5 stars

  • how many loco's do you have?!

  • @CPWindsorsub I have loco's 72, mostly all 6 axle units, I think 8 are 4 axle. I have over 800 cars but I am thinking of selling them cause I don't have the time for the hobby anymore. I use to own my own business and that is when I had both time and money. I am starting another business and I need the space they are in so I am selling or storing them, haven't decided yet.

  • @rdw283 wow, thats amazing, i hope your new business works out and that you can find some space again in the future for another layout

  • Great collection of power you have!

  • @jettrainfan Thanks!

  • nice smooth ride... AWESOME

  • @monsterjamkid Thanks, I had two Proto's pulling the HD cam down the tracks while taking this.

  • is the coal train jholding the cover of coal or is the real "dirt" is in it?

  • @fordlukebo They are Coal loads from Walthers.

  • are any of your engines that you own r 4 sale because where i live i dont get any of the engines you have write back ppppppplllllllllllzzzzzzzzzzzz

  • @1starwarsman I am thinking of selling my collection, I am still in the air about it but its looking closer to me selling then keeping.

  • dude what are the name of those engines like bnsf

  • @1starwarsman The lead units on that coal train are BNSF SD70MAC's, they are also painted int eh heritage cream scheme that BN did some time ago.

  • @1starwarsman Mostly BNSF, I have a few CSX (2), UP (6), CP Rail (7), NS (1) and the rest are BNSF (56)

  • I lOVE your yard!! how cars (rolling stock) do you have? My yard is stubbed-ended cuz I dont have enough room for a double-ended one but when I get my own place Im gonna have a huge one like yours!!

  • thats an awesome yard!

  • Thanks

  • @Sabrestrainsfan

It is one of 3 yards on my layout. I am planning for two more yards as well. I need more room, people complain about how I have too many cars when they come to run.

  • wooow 124 coal cars

  • Sorry I removed your other post. i do that on accident when I am on my MacBook.

    Yes I have quite a few cars ( over 750 )

    Sorry about the deletion

  • Super! Great video!

  • Thanks

  • That will take a long time to ballast!

    I guess u use dcc?

I just ordered a proto2000 h10-44, I read they use same drive train as atlas models, I have an atlass rs1, that runs very smoothly, do the proto models run well, whats ur most recomended american outline manufacturer?

  • Proto first then Athearn Gen series second. I used to like Kato but I think their product line has taken a nose dive. Their older products are fine otherwise.

    I use Digitrax system
