This is good stuff. It really helps a lot.
Only the presentation is a little awkward...it's best to have a clear plan of what you're going to say before you record the lesson.

can any one help? ive just added a few components into a building (which is quite a large building any way) and its really slowed the file down...any way i can speed it back up?

Put the components into a layer, and just turn it off when you work, then turn it back on again when you want it shown.
