@aldovanopdorp I think that RBR is better , because there is more reality : whit the cars , the road , and many other things . Dirt 3 is only better in the graphics , but its not so realistic than RBR . Sry because the bad English , I'm from Germany ;D

Thanks Chap. This game is really a sim...we really need to brake here unlike the other rally games where you can use your slide to slow down. This game plays more real than even the latest DIRT 2. When you get a chance put up your vid, I'd love to see it.

Ebay, Fry's most likely available also in many online stores. It didn't come out on PS2. You may wanna try a demo first before you buy. Search google

RBR is a full simulaton than most rally games including Dirt. It's the same league as Rally Trophy. There's a demo on the net for the PC version, try it I think you'll like it.

Do you know how it compares to GT4 rally racing?

sorry for the barrage of questions, I just love rally racing and want the most realistic game out there for it. I'm a sim racer but most sims don't do a lot of rally games.

No probs dude. I'd like to talk bout these things. RBR is classified as a rally sim, not an arcade actually. I've played GT4's rally & GT4's physics & motion is actually similar with RBR's albeit in much faster pace. There is a sense of "certain unpredictability" if that's what you're looking for and is actually quite difficult to drive fast..as if you're every press on the foot pedal & hand steering is calculated translated into the dynamics of the car.

Unfortunately i don't have a steering wheel at the moment but i am going to borrow gt4 from my friend for ps2. I'll definitely have to give RBR a try though.

DiRT? It looks good, but lags easily, and more important: car behaviour, interface, sound, $uck!

RBR is widely known as "the best rally sim on planet earth" (not only IMHO)

To make RBR look just as good as DiRT (or even better after tweaking it) install the RSRBR08 mod and a HDR mod.

You can find these at rallysim, french website and at bhmotorsports site. RSRBR mod includes all kinds of mods, so you can easily upgrade your RBR game. search youtube! "RSRBR08" TRY IT!

Nice driving. I like 2:24 it looks like a movie. The game looks more realistic than my colin mcrae dirt. And the dust behind the car is more while in dirt it is very short. Can I use a camera to capture mine replay?

Thanks man. Yes you can use a videocam to capture your replay. I actually captured than on my LCD monitor. It's best to use it on an LCD cause a CRT monitor will show moving lines in the vid.

it's better to use a screen recorder like fraps or gamecam, it'll capture game footage without a hardware camera at a much better quality.

You can either use a video capture program (running in the background while you play) or you can use a digital camcorder like I did on this vid. If you're gonna use a software I'd recommend gamecam or FRAPS provided you have a powerful PC.
