  • There are not enough stars or thumbs pointing up to rate this high enough. Professore Alomar is the only remaining survivor of the National People's Gang. Long Live the People's Revolutionary Bowie.

  • One of the subjects of the Thin White Emperor

  • Carlos is one of the most amazing men I´v ever met

    Love //Maria in Sweden

  • hmmm. the calibre of his guitar playing is inversely proportional to his singing ability, which would make him one hell of a bass player. luv ya, boyfriend.

  • for the thick heads out there - this is a rehearsal/sound check recording and was never meant for general listening. Many "name" singers don't show up for sound checks leaving the musical director (in this case Carlos) to manage things.

  • I agree with Jubany. However, for a musician of his stature, Carlos can't sing his way out of a wet paper bag. Unforgivable. Horrible. Suck my schlong. Please.

  • Carlos Alomar!!! el mejor guitarrista que ha tenido David Bowie.........

  • muy buena

  • Well, this is obviously a rehearsal for the Glass Spider tour. Evidently, Alomar is singing Bowie's part beacuse he didn't use to show up for rehearsals until Alomar made the band learn the songs.

  • Oh Hail Peurto Rico {Sp???} I can't spell very well...but Ize like to listen to the music...'n throw rocks in the pond...and my hound dog dives in and get's 'em...What a carefree life...

  • Que bien Carlos, excelente.

  • Geva Alon's cover is the best one

  • I would love to hear from David or Carlos on this one. I know both of these men and their music and they are both brilliant! They are talented singers and musicians.

This was hard to listen to and why would two of the most creative artists in the world to use one B & W still photo?

I'm angry because I love these musicians and listened because I thought it was for real.

  • Is that Alomar singing? Well, safe to say he's got the perfect voice for a guitar player. Someone unplug his mike, and put him back where he belongs....behind Bowie. I mean, I dig his playing, but you don't see Bowie taking over Alomar's guitar parts on stage, do ye..? Although he probably could...

  • muy buena, muy buena!!!

  • the best version so far, even funner than any recent Bowie version...thanks!
