Theres no need to press L2/LT...All you have to do is continuously press the left joystick(not hold. Only hold when you are in front of the opponent) in the direction you are trying to win the ball...I've done it like that since release and rarely lose a jump ball/header
tbh this game pisses me off, ever since playing fifa 05 ive been playin world class finding it enjoyable, its a challenge but could sometimes still beat a team 5-0 and get beat 5-0. On fifa 12 i go on world class on manager mode and no matter what team i play again, they walk through me and pass the ball in the net, i cant out pace anyone even with the likes of Jefferey Farfan (Shalka ATM) when i try to pass it past them they just read my passes or my player passes it right to them.. help.
@funkmonkey06 the difference when u play the cpu is they also know where the ball will drop. thus, a 2nd player is already going towards that direction when the header is made. lol.
I play with a friend who always scores with the same play, while counter-attacking he goes to the side of the box and crosses when his striker is getting near to the penalty mark. My DB always take, automatically, a step back in this moment and I never win the header. Someone knows what am I doing wrong?

Again the main problem is DEFENDING LONG BALLS AGAINST CPU (aka GOAL KICKS and CROSSES). CPU wins headers ALL THE TIME. This your crap video doesnt help worth for shit!

@jdrizzle17 this works on cpu i noticed it works. u just have to keep ur finger on the jostle button and move the playerback then foward to get momentum. ive hated heading for ages on fifa but this helped.
