People, people, there's no need to worry. This is true, there are trace amounts of cocaine on 4 out of 5 bank notes in the USA. However, it's only about a millionth of a gram on each bill so it's unlikely to be detectable or even have any effect at all. I would hardly use the term 'laced with' as that implies a large amount, when there clearly isn't.
