Since the people commenting are apparently incapable of comprehension, I will spell this out in the most simple terms I possibly can for you. Level 29 priests have 2 instant cast spells, BOTH of which apply a DoT on the target. DoTs don't work in the same manner as a spell with a cast time. They do smaller ticks of damage over a period of time. If you don't get this concept, please, research what you are talking about before making yourself look even more retarded than you already are.
