You're supposed to try and lure Lorraine (yellow) and George (Blue) together. I'm not sure what you do on top of that... I actually finished it once though. The DeLorean appears in the street, then starts moving, speeds up, the screen flashes (lightning bolt I presume) and that's the end of the game.
