Pro Basketball Players are employees and are paid by the OWNERS. What the owners pay their employees is their BUSINESS. Get it: BUSINESS. And INVESTMENT. They invest in or pay these athletes to make more money for the owners. The owners don't have to pay these salaries. They don't even have to own a NBA team. They own the team and pay the salaries to make even more money. Why does the public have a problem with the employee and not the OWNER?

First this was the most overPAID players. the overated was a mistake. second, if u were to ask kobe which trophy he would want more, it be the championship trophy. and if u look at just about every champion, there wasn't only one guy on the team. Boston had 3, San Antonio had 2 or 3. U cant win a championship with just one guy. the only team that might be able to do that is cleveland

Dude, it doesn't matter. That team was loaded because the salary cap was all messed up back then. They could get anybody pretty much. It would be like the2003-2004ish Magic team. When McGrady would get 30 a game every time. But think if MJ didn't have Pippen as a second scorer, or Hodges shooting, or Rodman and Grant rebounding. No way would they have 6 championships
