It's my opinion that after they had it fully in contact with the ground, they probably want to scoot the back end around a little. That's quite common.

Anyway, it appears one of the skids may have gotten slightly caught on something, once it gave way the pilot simply did not react in time.

Actually Dynamic rollover. The shid was caught on the Dolly and as he tried to lift off to reposition the helicopter the helicopter beguins to speen and roll. Only recovery is to lower the collective and set down on the ground. Would have had to shut down and clear the snag or get a crane to fift clear. Split second decision and the results are sometimes too quick to react to.

Looks like he first stuffed up when he landed too hard. Have a look at the first touch down and how hard it was. That would have knocked the main rotor blades out of balance witch is why it shook over into the snag in the first place. Dynamic rollover took care of the rest... I agree, shoulda shut down!

He is trying to land on the trailer and be towed back to the hangar. The tow is the yellow [Range Rover?] that comes in from the right. You can see the tow tongue on the front of Rover. He exceeded the slope performance limitations of the helicopter. Once he messed up and slid off the trailer he should have stayed put, and he knew that - or should have. He just had a brain fart. He knows it now!
