to use songs i own rights to or is it more or just an application and if i get the "job" / intrest in the lable or producer then go from there... i also want t know once you have a producer or labe do they create the beats and instrumentals for a hip hop artist or buy them on behalf of you ir how exactly does that work. i know i am overweling myself and i am trying to take it day by day and step by step, so if you could give me a little advice or a plan i would really appreciate it....

hey thank you this was a very informal video. i enjoyed it allot. i am right now in the VERY beginning stage of my career. i have dreams goals and am dedicated to what i do. however i am a little lost and as you where saying it can be difficult to know what to do.... right now i have done a few remix songs or songs i dont have rights to re sell and would like a little advice and a good game plan to follow. my question is when making a mix tape or demo to give to producer or what not is it import

i am a performing artist and i am in the studio trying to record songs i wrote. i am having a very hard time creating energy for myself to get a great recording so it can have that believability.. i can perform very well and sing well. can you give me some suggestions of what i can do to create that energy i need? i know recording is a whole different ball of wax and im very frusterated . but im determined too, and i dont give up easily!

@hixfamily You need to go to a professional studio with a pro engineer and studio musicians. You can't really cut corners if you want your recordings to stand out...good luck

My son has performed in front of audiences, competitions as well as church and youtube. Would you please checkout his youtube videos.
